A ten-year warranty covers the granite funerary monuments we placed. It covers breakings or clear cracking due to bad weather, to a bad installation of the funerary monuments or to bad quality material. The ten-year warranty should be void when the monument is entirely or partially moved by a third party. Not intervening in the payment of successions, the invoice shall be payable upon receipts by the customer or his/her middleman. As a matter of right and without formal demand, any amount not paid at the due date shall result in 1) a legal interest rate of 7% a year from the issue date, 2) penalties and compensations according to the balance of obligations between the parties to the contract.

Any objection, in order to be allowable, shall be notified upon receipts of the invoice. The written proofs of the expenses are given to the customer upon receipts of the invoice. In case of litigation, the courts of Charleroi and Binche are the only competent ones.
